Attorney Ofer Even graduate from the Faculty of Law at Tel Aviv University (LL.B., 1991) and the Faculty of Business Administration at Tel Aviv University (MBA, 1998), and has been a member of the Israel Bar Association since 1992.
He has over 24 years of professional experience in the areas of real estate and planning and development, in which he represented the entire spectrum of entities in transactions and operations of this kind, including: corporations, entrepreneurs, individuals, investors, developers, proprietors, lessees, tenants, lessors, sellers, buyers, agents and more.
Ofer served as Joint-Chairman of the Israel Bar Association’s Real Estate Committee in the Tel Aviv and Central District.
Over the years, Ofer has handled complex real estate transactions for the development of residential neighborhoods, hotels, commercial centers and malls, prospectuses of real estate companies, purchase groups, complex evacuation-building projects, NOP 38, project financing, tenders, changes in land-use assignment and land rezoning.
Ofer frequently lectures at conferences, continuing education programs and colleges on subjects such as evacuation-building, strengthening of structures, NOP 38 and purchase groups.
In 2011, Ofer was ranked as one of the leading attorneys in Israel in the field of real estate by the international ranking firm Chambers and Partners.
Amongst Attorney Ofer Even’s public activities he serves as a director in the Economic Company for the Development of Ramat Gan, Ltd. and Beit Arlozorov, Ltd., he served as the Chairman of the Hayim organization – a nonprofit that supports children with cancer, was one of the founders of the Israel 2020 organization and moderated the real estate forums of TheMarker Café.
Prior to the founding of our firm, Attorney Even garnered his aforementioned experience with the following law firms: Firon & Co., Dr. Y. Segev & Co. and Goldfarb & Co., while during his last two years he was a partner and head of the real estate department in said firms.
